At Tanishaq Clothing, we value our customers and strive to make every shopping experience smooth and transparent. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order placed on https://tanishaq.com, and the conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
1.1 Before Dispatch
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

1.2 After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped or marked as βIn Transit,β it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.
2. Cancellation Process
To cancel your order, please provide:
- Order ID
- Registered name and contact number
- Reason for cancellation
Our team will verify the request and confirm cancellation eligibility within 1β2 business days.
Once approved:
- Youβll receive a confirmation email or SMS.
- The refund process will be initiated as per Section 3 below.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
3.1 Mode of Refund
Refunds for eligible canceled orders will be processed through the original mode of payment used at checkout:
- Online Payments (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets): Refund credited to the same account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI, after you share your payment details securely with our team.
3.2 Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 5β7 business days after cancellation approval.
- It may take an additional 3β5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Automatic Cancellations
Your order may be automatically canceled if:
- Payment is not received or verified.
- The product becomes unavailable or out of stock.
- There are technical issues or incorrect pricing on the website.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
5. Partial Cancellation
Partial cancellations (for specific items in an order) are permitted only if the order has not been shipped.
For shipped or bulk orders, partial cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on stock and logistics conditions.
6. Custom and Bulk Orders
Orders for customized fabrics, bulk purchases, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Tanishaq Clothing management.
7. Failed or Delayed Transactions
If payment is deducted but your order was not confirmed:
- Contact us immediately with your payment proof.
- Once verified, the amount will be refunded or adjusted against a new order within 5β7 business days.
