1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of bulk or customized fabric orders, additional processing time may be required (up to 5–7 business days).
You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We ship across India using trusted and reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote / Hilly Regions: 7–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery location, and order value.
- Free Shipping: Available on selected products or orders above a specified amount (as displayed on the website from time to time).
- Wholesale / Bulk Orders: Shipping costs will be communicated separately, depending on order size and destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number via email or SMS.
- A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment status in real time.

5. Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy, as we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.
- Once the package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, Tanishaq Clothing is not liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring afterward.
6. International Shipping
Currently, Tanishaq Clothing ships only within India.
International orders are not available at this time. However, we are working to expand our delivery network soon.
7. Delay in Delivery
While we aim to deliver on time, certain factors may cause delays, including:
- Natural disasters or weather disruptions
- Courier network issues
- Regional restrictions or lockdowns
- High seasonal order volume (festivals, sales, etc.)
In case of significant delays, our team will proactively update you via email or phone.
8. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged, tampered, or opened package:
- Do not accept the delivery and notify the courier immediately.
- Inform us within 48 hours at support@tanishaq.com with images or video proof.
We will investigate and either reship the order or issue a refund/replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Bulk and Custom Orders
- For wholesale or bulk fabric purchases, delivery timelines depend on order size, stock availability, and customization requirements.
- Our team will coordinate directly with you to confirm dispatch dates and shipping arrangements.
10. Change of Shipping Address
- Requests to change the delivery address will be accepted only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery destination.
